Doesn't fit my pole
The light was bright and good quality but unfortunately I had to return it. I have a one inch diameter flag pole and the hole in this light is 1/2 inch. I wished they made this light with a half inch hole.

Brightness
Easy installation, very bright, and stays bright all night as stated in the description.

Adequate
Intensity disapates rapidly below 3' of light. For a 3x5 flag, it is fine, but ours is a 6x10 and it is not illuminated while aloft. When still, it is. Also, be certain the switch is in the on position BEFORE you mount it atop the pole ( ;

seems bright but it must be turned on and off
The light works decently enough. It fits the flag pole I bought. My biggest complaint is that it either doesn't have a day/night sensor or it doesn't work. This means that while it is charging during the day, it is also burning the charge. The result is a dim and short living light. It works great if you want to take it down, turn it off every morning and take it down to turn it back on every night.

This light is great! Very bright- works great! Our granddaughter is in the US Army, so a great tribute to her and all military.

Very nice feature and if you follow flag rules. It should be lite if flown at night.

Works great... For a few hours!
The light looks nice atop the flagpole and is reasonably bright for a solar powered light. However, with two (2) full days of charging it only remained lit for approximately eight (8) hours. Now, exactly one (1) month later, it is only lit for three (3) hours. This is definitely NOT a dusk to dawn unit! Save your money and buy something else.
