3/4 Length Orthotic Insoles with Arch Support and Heel pad. A Class ONE Medical Device Flat feet, Fallen Arches, Pronation, Plantar Fasciitis.

I popped these in my shoes as soon as the package arrived. I have used them now for 8 hours and can already feel a noticeable difference and some relief already from my heel pain, which I find astonishing. I do not find them uncomfortable, just a little odd at first , a bit like when you have a stone in your shoe but stick with it as you'll soon get used to them. As others have already said they are cut on the wide side and therefore might not suit every style of shoe,, so you'll have to experiment but so far so good, I have ordered another couple of pairs, nice quality material, sturdy but not too rigid,and soothingly cushioning. Wish i'd found these before my foot pain got so bad- Thank You!

Bought to help with Plantar Fasciitus. Not a miracle cure, but makes foot more comfortable. Can feel the arch support. Hard to say if it's helping with the injury as there are so many other factors, such as resting and stretching, that are also making a diffrence.Important to note that I think they're sold in womens sizes, which are diffrent from mens sizes. So say you're a size 7 in mens then you're about a size 6 in womens.

I have had PF for a number of years and it flares up every so often. I usually go for Orthaheels or get some from my podiatrist if my Plantar Faciitis is particularly bad.. I thought i would try these as they are cheaper and look similar. After wearing them a couple of days my PF has calmed down. They are very comfortable and easily as good as any other I've tried. If you are new to these type of insole the first day you will find they feel a bit 'funny' and it feels like they are sticking up into your arch but this is normal and once you get used to it its not noticeable. It is where the orthotic is supporting your arch and correcting the problem. This is the case with all orthotics, not just these by the way, just thought Id mention it.

Fitted and felt comfortable, which pleased me but unfortunately, after a few days of using them, I began to experience pain in my knee which was probably caused by the inserts subtle effect on the action of my walking and standing. Nothing that I was conscious of but when I stopped using the inserts the pain in my knee stopped. Knee pain is not something that I suffered from before at any time and only occurred when I was using the inserts. That said, they did feel very comfortable and they probably won't have that effect on everyone. They aren't very expensive and worth a go I'd say, but just didn't work out for me.

I first had problems with my heels a couple of years ago and believed that if I just kept the weight off my feet they would sort themselves out - they did not!Then I found out what was wrong (Plantar fasciitis) and bought these. Almost immediately I felt the change and found myself being able to walk long distances, stand around and get up in the morning without that terrible pain in my heels. I have been wearing them for 3 months now and while I do still have some pain it is greatly reduced and continues to diminish - it's taking a bit of time but the Plantar fasciitis web site said it would. To be fair, I am on my second pair as I have crushed the first with all the walking I did on holiday but they as a great product. If you are a sufferer, buy these.

Didn't expect much, but I was absolutely delighted. Ordered more immediately. Amazed at how accurately they fit the shoe (size 9 1/2). They have transformed the comfort factor. Without the inserts my casual loafers gave little support to my weak arches. With the inserts I can actually notice a difference in the way I walk. I don't 'roll over' anymore. When I look down at my shoes, I can see they no longer flatten inwards. I have had them in my work shoes (in which I walk about a mile and a quarter every day) for over a month, and they continue to perform as new. UPDATE: 7 months later, and they are still as new! No deterioration in the material, same support, same appearance.

These were as described and as expected. I have sore heels from standing long hours and having flat feet so these arched soles were ideal. They stay in place inside the shoe, doesn't move when worn. Ive been using these for just over 1 week now and my feet are already feeling less strained. One improvement tho - I feel the arch can be a bit higher to give me more support, but that is a personal thing. The other point is having worn them everyday, the soles have flattened a bit so therefore, is less supportive than the first day I wore them. Otherwise, very good product.

Having suffered with plantar fasciitis for over 10 years I know how much help and relief a good set of insoles can give. These insoles have been super so far , after 6 weeks of use . The arch support is just right , the foot is held nicely in position with the cupped heel and the whole thing is comfortably cushioned whilst retaining enough firmness to support the foot . For me they have been great and I would reccomend them to anyone with PF . As we are all different , they may not be so good for some people but I've tried a number of different makes and these are the best so far . All insoles will feel a little uncomfortable when you first try them , but persevere and in a short time you will reap the benefits . It took me about 5 minutes with these .

avevo da mesi male ai piedi e avevo provato vari plantari, e dopo tante ricerche ho trovato questo che è una mano santa.copre 3/4 del piede, e crea la gobba al centro del piede così da scaricare il peso sulle punte e meno sul tallone.Così che il plantare crea la giusta forma del piede.OTTIMO

C'est la deuxième fois que j'en commande, ces semelles sont magiquesur, j'avait tout le temps mal au pied et toutes les chaussures "Confort" me faisaient aussi mal mais avec ces semelles plus rien, je recommande vivement vous allez vous sentir tout légers.

Le ho prese perchè avevo mal di schiena e con le scarpe basse come le converse mi peggiora. Fanno il loro dovere alzando un po' il tallone rispetto al resto del piede e donando quindi sollievo alla schiena. L'unica pecca, ovviamente dovuta anche al basso costo, è che dopo un po' di tempo si assottigliano col peso; non essendo dei plantari rigidi questo è normale, buona qualità.

Excellent produit apporte du confort dans toutes les chaussures .il suffit de les fixer avec adhésif ou scratch à deux endroits pour apprécier le bénéfice à la marche

Solette molto comode. Io le ho prese per avere un ulteriore rialzo a seguito diagnosi di entesopatia achillea. Siccome hanno una sagomatura utile a contrastare blandamente la pronazione, e soffro anche di quella, le ho trovate davvero confortevoli. Io mi sto trovando bene.
