I've survived two cancers in the past three years. After gaining 50 lbs., I knew it was time to get serious about losing the weight. This chart is magnetized and fits very well on the refrigerator door. It comes with a meal planner chart. I have eliminated white sugars also (pasta, rice, bread, crackers, etc.) No candy, cookies, cake or sodas too - oh, Lord! I went "cold turkey" and in 14 days, I've lost 8 pounds! This chart will help you pick and choose your foods.

Good Quality. Large size magnet fits on the front of the refrigerator. The 3 markers also have a good magnet so that they can stick as well. It's a great help with meal planning.

Magnet is strong, images look great, pens work great & I love that they have a magnet to hang them up, just wish the eraser came with a magnet on it too! This definitely helps when it comes to making meals more balanced and meal plans based off of what your body may be needing! I'm very happy with my purchase!
