Very good. Pick me up better then coffee, great for those who are going through premenopause/menopause. Mood uplifted, easy to swallow even tho they are large pills. If you have small throat I would recomend it to brake it in half. If one or many came broken its still good to take, the packaging is great too, nothing came broken. I bought those before in person many many ages ago. Sure bought them broken, it doesnt mean they are bad, it depends how they are been handles in boxes. I used to work as a retailer so I know it is normal. Makes your day go positive not negative. Great to take on empty stomach.

Huge fan of these multivitamins. There’s nothing like New Chapter’s fermentation techniques for better absorption. I can even take them in the morning with tea and never get an upset stomach, which is a big win. I feel more energy when I take them and notice better digestion overall. It’s also a solid supplement to help support you if you’re dealing with anemia. Truly a reliable daily multi.

Can actually feel these vitamins working! Compared to the many I’ve tried in the past, including Women’s One a Day. These are far superior! Had to get another bottle while they were in sale. I’ve always had GI issues and these have done wonders for my GI, more than anything else has. Beyond happy with these vitamins! Definitely worth the money.

I’ve been trying these multivitamins for about a week and a half now, and honestly, I haven’t noticed much of a difference yet. They feel pretty “meh” to me—steady, no major pros or cons so far. One slight change I might have noticed is my pores looking a bit smaller, but I’m not sure if that’s from the vitamins or just coincidence. I’ll keep taking them through the rest of the bottle to see if anything changes. On the plus side: • They don’t have a bad taste (I really don’t notice anything when swallowing) • The pills aren’t too big for me—though if they are for you, you could cut them in half. • They come in vegetarian capsules, which is a nice healthy option. Overall, though, I’ve tried other brands that seemed to work a little better for me personally. For now, I’d rate this at about 3.5 stars—just “okay.” Not great, not bad, just steady. I don’t think I’d repurchase unless I notice bigger results by the end of the month, in which case I might update this review.

Excellent Natural Multivitamin that helps tremendously regarding one's health and well-being. Does not go overboard on the particular vitamin amounts (like some silly, foolish brands do). Highly recommended! A+++++!!!
