Let me start by saying I have a big beard. I’ve used a bunch of different products over the years, and am let down often. I’ve had maybe one other product that I could compare to this- and I haven’t been able to find it in years. I could tell as soon as I was rinsing the shampoo, that this stuff was legit. I moved on to the conditioner, and again when rinsing I could tell the difference. It’s noticeably softer, and more manageable after drying off and brushing it out. The smell is great. Not overpowering, and very pleasant. Also, the larger size bottle is a plus. I’ll never use another brand!

The product itself is great. Nice cleaning, good scent, leaves beard clean and healthy; looking great.I pulled one star because getting all of the product out of the packaging requires removing the pump and just dumping the remainder out once you're below a level where the pump no longer sucks it up. For me, this has been many uses before I'm empty.That being said, I've reordered this again because of the overall product quality.
