This is actually a great product, it functions exactly as they claim. In regards to the size it could be a bit longer, I'm 5'10" and my back hangs almost halfway off the pad when leaned all the way back if I don't have my butt touching my heels. There's not really any assembly to speak of.Helpful tip - If you have anything other than rubber mat flooring or carpet, buy yourself a 4 piece set of 5/8" rubber pipe plugs and plug the bottom holes on the legs of the unit so that you don't slide around and scratch up your floor.

I'm so busy at work that I don't have time to go to the gym. This is very convenient and suitable for exercising at home.very recommend!!
