Moisture rich and I love the feel, will be buying again

Laneige does it again! I have always been very sensitive about my undereyes because I naturally have thin, translucent skin under my eyes leaving my undereyes dark with fine lines. After one application I woke up with plump skin under my eyes which softened the look of fine lines and brightened my skin! There’s no moisturizing effect at all. I was disappointed with this product, even though I’ve repurchased other Water Bank products from the same brand multiple times.
