This tallow lotion is simply the BEST! It's smooth and creamy without leaving an oily/ greasy residue. There is no bad animal oder like there is with other tallow lotion. Depending on the weather (shipping conditions) it may arrive creamy or solid. If it arrives solid, just whip it with your mixer for a couple of minutes. I've definitely seen a reduction in my wrinkles since using this lotion, and it's all I use now.

Very inconsistent from bottle to bottle. Makes me doubt if the ingredient list is real. Some bottles are like a whipped lotion and others are like the consistency of cold lard with wax. I enjoy them both on my skin but have doubts about the ingredients.

The first time I purchased this product, it was creamy and delightful. I loved it so much that when it went on sale, I decided to buy two more jars. However, the consistency of these new jars is like lard. It's so thick that it's difficult to use, and despite keeping it away from my eyes, it still causes irritation.

Really helps after excessive sun exposure. No perfumes. Simple, natural ingredients.

I think I got a bad batch because this is not lotion consistency at all. It’s wax. Also says made in the USA but the writing is all broken English

The tallow is quite firm in the jar, making it difficult to scoop and apply. After use, my face feels very oily and stays red for a while. This was my first experience using tallow skincare—while I don’t completely dislike it, I’ll likely explore a different brand next time.

The smell is neutral, barely noticeable. Texture is about as expected, creamy - not silky, not greasy. I have a very dry face, probably some kind of condition I don't know of yet. I started going more natural with skincare and this product is nice for about 2 hours and then I feel dry again. The only reason I am rating higher is because it hasn't caused me any breakout from reapplying multiple times. However, long term effects I cannot attest to as I've only purchased once.

You get a spoon to scrape it out. You need to rub it in your palm for it to melt.
