I've been taking these for a couple of weeks now and found this has helped clear up my brain fog. Feeling increased clarity and focus as I build a startup is really helpful. I also find my gym sessions are longer and better when taking it, and I recover more quickly. Going to keep taking this as I've seen good results.

The label said not to take if the seal was broken but there was not a seal on it.

This is a precursor form of vitamin B3, it changes in the body to NAD+ but you may as well take the NAD+ as it's stronger. It's meant to help with anti-ageing, as it boosts bodies levels of NAD+ it goes well with the bodies youthful endorphins kicking into high gear with my fasting and clean diet regime. So it should help me look younger, and also help the mitochondria in ways that are too complicated to explain in detail. You've have to check rumble or youtube for it. I like how there are studies that show it helps, but I dislike the price for a simple precursor to NAD+. It is far too expensive for just being a pre-cursor and it's likely it could take months before you notice any benefits with apperance and stamina. I'll have to update this if I feel like it's helping, but I suggest looking into more of NAD+ rather than the weaker version Riboside. In a nutshell this is support supplement for healthy ageing and longevity, but suggest you ask your doctor if you can take it or if you should take it. It is said it's safe to use 300mg daily of this supplement dosage is 1 capsule per day, stating preferably with food. I personally like taking it with a bit of healthy fat's but not a lot, as I want to tweak my autophagy during fasting to boost this supplement, so I only eat one meal a day. What I like about it is the dose is supposed to be good for 120 days supply. What I didn't like, which also affected my review, is the no seal at the top, and I'm having second thoughts about continuing to use it as it's safety seal wasn't on. For the sake of my review I took one, it didn't taste of anything plain really, but actually no I changed my mind I think I'm going to throw this one out, if there's no seal on a supplement you shouldn't really take it, and send it back.

These vegan and gluten-free capsules aren't too large to swallow, are tasteless and contain 99% pure NR. They are manufactured in the UK, are GMP certified and non- GMO and have been lab-tested. The pack contains 120 capsules and I have taken these now for just over 3 months. Whilst not expecting immediate results, I would say any improvements are negligible (though happily no side-effects). Consequently, I would be unable to justify the £39.99 pricetag moving forwards.
