Good work phone
I bought this for my friend in Sri Lanka who needed a sturdy work phone with blue tooth. He just popped in the sim, made a few personalizations and was good to go! Fast service.

do not buy
just to be clear, the fact that it took two weeks to activate this phone does not factor into my 1 star review. it's that bad, even ignoring that it's not made for US networks. do not buy it; i will convince you in three bullet points.1) standby time is less than 24 hours, so you will be charging this more than your smartphone2) you cannot press buttons while in a call. like you should be able to on, you know, a phone. when i contacted support about this they said, "of course you can". because literally no one has used this phone and nothing about how crappy it works is documented. i do not have hours to research how to press 1 when the robot on the other end asks me to, maybe you do?3) it looks, feels, and operates like it was made by a child.you do not want this phone. this phone will not be anything you're dreaming of--it will fall short on every single point.this is not a nokia, it's cheap crap churned out by some company that bought the name to cash in on your nostalgia. let me save that piece of your childhood for you now. do. not. buy. this. phone.

Good Phone, for my teenager.
The media could not be loaded. Very durable. It does have apps like YouTube and Facebook, and it also has a wet browser. My son uses YouTube Music to listen to music through this phone, but he says he refuses to use the Web browser because it’s incredibly frustrating. He basically uses it to text. Call and music only. Sometimes he’ll play games on it because it does come with game apps. We have not figured out how to download other apps or purchase other game apps that are available for purchase. That part is confusing, and I don’t even know where to look for information on purchasing the games.

A phone indeed
Not a lot to say. It's a very basic phone. The size and battery life are good. The menus work well, but really hard to find a way to turn off the loud beeping sound when moving through the menus. Also, it's obvious that a lot of the menu items are poorly translated because some of them make no sense (poor Grammer)

Poor Quality, NO Customer Service!
Within 2 months after purchasing this phone, I was notified by friends and family that they couldn't reach me. Then I realized the phone has issues with voice call. Some times it won't make external call at all and sometimes it won't receive any external call. Sometimes I'll receive a call and the other side won't be able to hear it and/ or I won't be able to hear other side. I came back to Amazon to see support from vendor and amazon directs me to contact manufacturer (HMD). I did as it said and the HMD said it won't support anything since I purchased it from Amazon. So basically, this is piece of junk that I couldn't return not got it fixed!

It's a phone and it works.
Been using this phone for a week.- Works just fine with T-Mobile in the US- Unsure of group chat capabilities- Screen is harsh on the eyes- Makes and receives phone calls okay. Call quality is okay? You can hear the other person and other person can hear you.- Texting is tedious if you come from a smartphone. You have to take your time to type each letter. First text I sent created 2 conversations, one for the text I send and one for the reply. Sometimes, I'd only be able to see incoming texts in the conversation with the ones I sent not being visible. It happened a few times and I was able to fix it by restarting the phone. Been working just fine after that.- Battery life is good. Mine has gone 2-3 days without charging and not having gone below 50% but I have only used it for light texting.- Only social media available are facebook and twitter. However messenger is not available for facebook since it is a separate app and there's no app store. Trust me, you really don't want to be scrolling social media on this phone. Your eyes will thank you.- It has a camera. Not the greatest quality but it works.- Build material feels cheap. I just know the keys will start falling off if I start doing any sort of serious texting.Overall, I like it. I think it looks cool and it does what a phone should do. Should you buy it? Not really. If you are looking for something minimal bc you want to get rid of distractions that come with smartphones just get the Nokia 105. I am sure it has the same capabilities as this phone and it's half the price. Also the keys on the Nokia 105 seem more sturdy than the ones on this phone.

Nice gift for mom!
My mom needed a phone with keypad, as she is not tech savvy and didn’t wanted to use the smartphone. She still remembers numbers of all the people she talks regularly so she wanted to just type and call like a cordless phone. So this was a perfect gift for my mom.
