Cute, effective, and easy to install. Nice option to close door when you need the cats to stay in or out. All 3 cats took to it immediately, including very chonky scaredy cat. Purchased a cheap black & decker jigsaw for install and was easy to cut out shape. Hardest part was getting door off stiff hinges.

My cat loves his gnome door! I was looking for something practical but still nice looking and this was it! My big boy can easily pass through and installation was straightforward. Unexpectedly, I think my cat likes his door more than I do and it's very cute to see him poke his head out to watch people pass by while still feeling safe inside the room. If I could, I'd put Purrfect Portals all over the house.Any complaints I may have are already addressed by other reviewers. The template is a little big and the leaves aren't quite painted on how I'd prefer, but none of these are deal breakers for me. The design also hides any small mistakes you may have had when cutting the door.

This thing is absolutely adorable. It is my number one favorite piece of whimsy in my house right now. It was easy to install, came with a template and straightforward instructions. The door is plastic, it can be locked closed or open, and it's big enough for even the fluffiest of cats. My opinion...if you're gonna do an indoor cat door, make it look as cute as possible, because why not? Why have just a plain old ugly rectangle when you can have a magical fairy door?

This cat door is awesome. I am the envy of all my friends that have cats. Very easy to install. You do need a jig saw preferably, but you could probably use a handsaw as well. Took less than 30 minutes to install everything

It's plastic and fits well. Easy install. Definitely too small for most dogs, so it keeps whatever area is closed off for cats only. Honestly pretty great for the price

We bought this for our laundry room door, for our cat to have an escape from our two dogs, and she loves it! When I go to feed her in the mornings, she races me to the cat door before I can even open the whole door! It's cute, and it was easy for my fiance to install.

Absolutely adorable!!! We put it on our granddaughters door so her cats could visit with us when they want to. She owns a plus size 18 pound cat that can fit through the door!

My cat is big. He weighs about 21 pounds and he fits through this door fine.lt was installed yesterday with zero issues.I'm pretty sure the people who were complaining about cutting a hole in thier door that was too big to fit the cat door messed up.It sounds to me like they made a measurement mistake but don't want to admit it, and are now mad at the manufacturer about it.
