Makes a concrete floor look like a car showroom
The paint is very good. Given the nature of the paint, I was surprised how little odour it produced. I used it to seal a very dusty external concrete bike shed. Because the concrete base was poorly finished, pitted, porous and dusty, I found the first attempts at starting to paint the floor initially a little tough going getting it down. However, after reading the instructions, I added a small amount of white spirit thinner and mixed it in the first coat paint mix- as a primer. It made the first coat job a breeze. I used a brush to apply it because the floor was in such a poor state, but it could have been applied with a roller if the floor was in better condition. It took me about half an hour per coat (some of that was phaffing around getting the brushes etc) Each coat does take around 24 hours to dry (early October) so I presume it would be much quicker in warmer temperatures. After the second coat it looked amazing. Many of the concrete floor imperfections are covered and it leaves the floor with a solid covering- a really vibrant grey (almost bluey grey) its a really nice colour. I did not really need any more coats, but I felt I had to use more of the paint can so I added one more coat for good measure-now it looks like the floor does not belong in a manky bike shed! Its waterproof, so I can see when water has run off the bikes and I can just wipe it dry and it cleans up a dream. I was also able to hoover the floor to remove some fallen detritus and leaves-no more dust. Its great-its so clean, I could sleep on it.

I used this on my Basement Floor
I have a basement/cellar, i first used a self leveling compound (cement) flooring to fix the floor, then i used this paint on top of it in white. It is advisable to do a first quote thinned with spirit first, then a day or two later when its completely dry, you do the second quote with the paint on it's own, the colour is brilliant white, really nice & bright, the area is 4m x 4m, one can was more that enough to cover the whole area with the 2 quotes, that's value for money at £33! the paint is thick, and because I used it in a closed area, it took 48 hours to cure, I personally like to leave it even longer to make sure it dries well before heavy foot traffic goes on it. Once painted, the floor can be cleaned easily, you can feel the strength of the paint, so far it didnt scratch, I do get the impression that it will last long and stand a lot of rough activity on it. My basement is used for storage, shelving units, tools, suitcases, and a utility room (washing machine&dryer) mopping the area and ensuring it's cleanliness won't be an issue anymore.

Good cheap option but not the most durable
Used to paint a garage floor. The colour is good and used approximately half a tin for a single coat on the floor of this single garage. The paint is thick but would recommend putting on thin coats, otherwise will take an age to dry. And if you are painted bare concrete or painting over a different colour, multiple coats will definitely be needed. The concrete was cleaned and any scraped of any residue before painting. I would say the paint needs approx. 1 week before it is cured enough to drive on. As for durability, it’s fine. I store a car in the garage and use the garage for various DIY projects. Light stains wipe away relatively easy but the paint will lift and scuff where the wheels of the car sit and dropping anything heavy on the floor with chip the paint, so I usually tend to repaint the floor every 1-2 years. If you are looking for a heavy duty garage floor paint, I would say an epoxy paint would be a better option, albeit at around over 4 times the cost. If you need something cheaper, then this paint is a good option.

Excellent floor paint!
Why did you choose this product over others?: Bought this to paint a wooden staircase in my workshop and am very pleased with the end result. Two coats were required as per instructions on the tin, and very easy to apply.
