It just helps you to eat healthier and curb your cravings. I also noticed a bit of an energy boost which was nice. This in turn helps you to lose weight as you're no longer eating lots of carbs or junk food. This is an impressive product I'd highly recommend.

Zusätzlich hatte ich öfter ein aufgeblähtes Gefühl, besonders wenn man nicht extrem viel Wasser dazu trinkt. Das macht die Einnahme etwas umständlich. Für mich persönlich kein großer Unterschied im Alltag – für den Preis hätte ich eindeutig mehr erwartet. Ich werde es nicht erneut kaufen.
