Q: I have a lock in my handle and a deadbolt above it currently, will this fit with the deadbolt?

My deadlock was too close to the door knob for the Ezlock to fit. But I turned it upside down, reversed the handle, and it works fine.

Q: The rfd fob nor the will the key open the door how can i fix this problem?

Mine did not work either, threw it out. No customer service, junk.

Nothing, you can add card just on the keypad. 2 cards are included in the package. You can order more on the same page if you need.
