How do you fill this up?

Very easy to fill. Just lift the pod out (held in by magnet) there is a filling hole in the bottom. Push your juice bottle nozzle into the hole and squeeze your flavoured juice in

Just had mine delivered and it won’t charge or turn on. What am I doing wrong?

I'm not sure. Mine had some charge on it; on arrival. Push the button 5 x's to turn on or off and 3 x's to change strength other than that I don't know xx

Is it a full kit, or should I buy any other accessories? (I never had an e-cigarette before)

It's all there, you will need a charger for it, lead comes with it if I remember rightly, just a USB plug
