This is not only very nice looking but super functional and convenient too! Finger print, code or app entry, handle or button lock from inside, and very sleek looking.

Updated review:The seller contacted me about the actual bridge that needs to be used. I had purchased Philips Hue and then aoetec hub neither of which are compatible. The seller let me know their hub will be available soon and when I bought it, everything worked.The lock is good. Looks sturdy and well built. With the hub connected, it works with Google Home and I get remote alerts as well.Highly recommend buying the lock with the compatible hub.Original review:The lock is easy to install. Fingerprint scanner works well. The lock looks good and feels sturdy.That’s about all that’s going for it. The WiFi bridge is out of stock everywhere and it doesn’t work with Hue bridge. So you are out of luck if you want to enable remote access.Trying to link to Google Assistant is also a nightmare. The app keeps saying a compatible device is not available.I can’t recommend this product.

This smart lock is great. Very easy to assemble. The fingerprint recognition is next to none and the app is easy to use. It connects like it should and hasn’t given me any problems. It WILL log you out every once in a while for security reason, but you just have to log back in. It’s easy to program and add multiple people. The only reason I dropped a star is because it goes through batteries pretty fast. I didn’t receive a notification that the batteries are low and it seems to affect the auto lock. I had the problem where it wouldn’t auto lock right away and one day it auto locked a few hours later while I was home, so that’s something to watch out for. All in all it’s a very good lock, great for the price.

Love this lock! Installs easily, looks very high end at a good price. Love the ability to lock/unlock with multiple options. Temporary codes can be given to others ie cleaning lady! Easy to set up!

This thing will lock your door better than any lock has ever locked before. Although it is super cool that my door talks and tells me when it lock or unlocks, it's also super annoying seeing as I could hear the motor from 2 houses down. All in all, it works. It looks nice and modern, and it's pretty convenient. Does what it says it will do, and that's all you can really ask.

This was easy to install and I would recommend it. The hardware was made with quality materials and looked very good. I would have given this only 4.5 stars if I could because you need to purchase the WiFi bridge separately if you want to utilize the Alexa or Google Assistant features. In addition, I called Amazon tech support for help because every time I tried to use the Google Assistant to unlock or lock the unit, it kept telling me that something went wrong with the PIN I entered. I had to dig into the Google group chats and learned that you need to use the PIN from the Philips app under the profile section. From there you select "works with" and then Google Assistant. You will find the correct PIN in this section. I did purchase the WiFi bridge separately and I'm very happy with the system.

Works well and quickly unlocked when typing the passcode in and also using the app. The only issue I’ve came across is the finger print unlock/lock function most of the time doesn’t work.
