Didn't mould to my teeth properly, even left it longer in the hot water to see if I could get it to work. Quite painful once I'm your mouth because it's so big.

They work ! Takes a few nights to get use to but persevere. It's adjustable 5-6mm works fine for me. Wide is happy 😊

It takes time to get used to it but does the job eventually. Good to have the calibration which is easy to do.
