There's not many supplements or anything out there where I notice a difference. I'm a skeptic by nature and I just assume something probably won't work. So I'm not affected by placebo effect much if at all. This will be my second month using this product. I have ADHD so I was hoping that this would help with some of the mental foggess that can come with that as well as just the scatter brain. So I take this in the morning. 1. First two days I was actually extremely tired. Like I actually had to take a nap. And I don't ever take naps because then I can't get to sleep at night. So I was a little worried. But I also know that supplements like LTheanine can have an extremely calming effect on your brain so I attributed it to that and decided to keep going. 2. On the third day or so it was like I woke up! I still take my ADHD medications but I will say that this has been a great little boost to those. And on days when I didn't take my ADHD meds I found that my brain wasn't as all over the place as it would be if I didn't have my meds on board at all. 3. The taste is actually kind of sweet kind of like berry. But it's not bad at all and I am very picky. I actually put mine in a little bit of water and it tastes like tea but not a berry tea so it was kind of weird to have it taste totally different in water. But I super love that this is not an alcohol base that you have to burn off or choke down! I don't like tea but I am okay with drinking that little bit of water with it mixed in. I have it first thing in the morning around the time that I drink my coffee and eat breakfast. 4. There has been a few days where I have forgotten to take it and didn't realize until later in the day because I would be dragging. So then I would take it in in about 30 minutes to an hour I would feel much better. Don't expect it to be like speed or anything like that it's just a very gentle awakeness. Overall this is a really great product and I'm glad that I tried it. It's definitely something that will stay in my supplement stash. And it won't go to the supplement graveyard! Ha! It's cheap enough that I think it's definitely worth trying for a month and see how you feel. I have seen some people prefer to take it at night because it does calm their brain down so maybe that's for people that are neurotypical. Whereas if you are neurodivergent I think maybe taking it in the morning would be best but always try something like this on a day where you are not working and you don't have to do anything just in case it makes you sleepy like it did me for the first couple of days. Definitely worth a shot!

I have tried a few different brands which were all capsules. This is far more effective & I feel so much better within 5 minutes. I've been taking it daily for 2 weeks now & I'm digging it. It tastes really good too if you like a bitter, cranberry like taste. This may cost a bit more, but it's well worth it. I go with the 2 bottles & I still have 1 left!

Supplements are tricky to review—it’s like, either they work and you keep taking them, or they don’t and you move on. After two months with this one, I can confidently say it gives me a nice kick of energy (no complaints there!), but the mood-balancing part seems to still be on vacation. I’ll keep using it since I know these things take time, and the ingredient list is solid. Four stars because it’s good, not magic...yet.

The product itself was awesome, however I bought a two pack and when I went to open my second bottle the dropper inside was shattered. I can not use the dropper, or want to risk consuming any glass. Since it was a two pack and I opened one at a time, as per one month supply each, I am outside of my return window, which is disappointing. The second bottle has to go in the trash.

BE AWARE ST. JOHNS WORT! I'm not going to give it less than five stars because I wasn't attentive enough, ergo MY BAD! But I do think other people like me and there are plenty of us are going to do the same thing,oh wow great ingredients....then in smaller print other ingredients that are NONOS so I want you to be warned. Saint John's wort is a no go for me and for many others. Everything but the St. John's Wort, even the other fine print ingredients would be GREAT for me, but I have to trash it. Yes, I should have read more attentively but all the stuff they had emblazoned gloriously were compounds I really wanted. So disappointed that I tried this and it has Saint John's Wort so I'm not going to be able to use it. And I don't think I can return it. I should have read more carefully I know but it's such a waste of money and products.
