The media could not be loaded. I LOVE this hookah. I had another hookah the week before and it just didn’t get a good pull on it. On a whim I jumped on Amazon and purchased this one - best purchase ever! The setup is super simple, it’s not too bulky, you get a great pull and it’s really quiet on the pull. Love that it came with foil and tips, though I don’t really use the foil. If you’re looking for a heat experience with easy setup and cleanup, buy it! You won’t regret it.

Perfect hookah.

The hookah is fairly sturdy, and comes in a nice closed-cell foam padding to keep everything safe. Its draw is amazingly smooth and has very little restriction to it at all, and the color of the base diffuses into the water you have in it, coloring the whole base with that particular shade as an optical illusion. Everything about it feels sturdy and fairly well made, but my main complaint is that it had no manual for assembly, which made setup a little bit challenging, as it is nothing like the other one I have. Eventually I got it all worked out in the end. Definitely a nice piece to have for use or display, but given its size, it may pose a challenge in some areas.

good size and works great

This hookah came well packaged so the beautiful glass stayed intact. It was easy to assemble. It's a bit taller than my previous hookah, and this attracts attention if I'm around too many people. Not a problem. It has a very smooth draw. I prefer to smoke with this over other options I have available. I've found it easy to keep clean as well. Nice quality hookah overall, highly recommended.

The first item the glass was damaged. I ordered a replacement. The replacement arrived USED. The entire set had residue of ash and everything. What a horrible TERRIBLE very bad way to fix a problem. The used replacement will be returned as well.
