This is a nice contemporary light fitting that is both different yet very attractive. Instead of having simply a hanging bulb with a shade or similar, this light fitting has a metal cage that surrounds the bulb acting like a shade, but without blocking the majority of the light. This can be handy if you have a larger room or one that requires stronger lighting.Easily fitted using the supplied components, ensuring of course that you are fitting it to a solid beam or similar once you have the fitting in place all you need to do is screw in an E27 fitting bulb of your choice, although the supplied one is pretty nice being as it is both a nice efficient LED bulb, but also slightly retro looking in design which works with this light.The finish of the 'cage' is really quite nice, without being over the top. The overall design is also one that looks modern, yet has enough style that it is still likely to look modern in many years to come unlike some other things out there. It is definitely an improvement on my old light fitting in the room I chose to put it.

Lovely shade but not for me

This ceiling light is the perfect addition to the decor in our living room - the finish is loveely, the design is exquisite and the brightness is great. Very happy - very impressed.

Very pretty lighting fixture. It has an urban but still delicate feel and allows for a lot of light without the bulb looking bare. Would be great for north facing rooms that need all the light.Setting it up was easy. I am usually inept with things like this but I did not have any issues. It has a retro modern vibe, if that exists, and looks nice. It comes with everything needed to set it up and is great for making a room look more inviting. The bulb has a good strength and provides good amount of light. The light allows for several different types of bulb.
