What makes a toblerone a toblerone? Is it the ingredients? Is it the iconic branding? These are certainly important, but I’d argue the quintessential essence of toblerone is a the triangular form of the chocolate peaks, the contours illicit alpine peaks and verdant pastures, bovine udders tumescent with dairy cream. So imagine my disappointment when the package arrived after 3 days in the back of a 40 degree hi-ace. The summits, like my dreams, crushed under the weight of other people’s luggage, melted beyond recognition in to a homogenous slurry of mediocrity. Not great.

I was quite disappointed with my order. The chocolates I received were melted and misshaped, which ruined both their presentation and quality. They did not arrive in the condition I expected
