I don’t usually write reviews, but this Stuffcool power bank has pushed me to warn others. This is hands down one of the worst tech products I’ve ever bought on Amazon.Right out of the box, it felt cheap—and not in the “affordable” way. It barely charged my phone once before dying completely. I tried recharging it, thinking maybe it was just a first-time glitch, but nope. It either charges at a snail’s pace or doesn't charge at all. The build quality is shoddy, the indicator lights are inconsistent, and it heats up like a toaster after 10 minutes of use.To make matters worse, their so-called “customer support” is non-existent. I reached out, got one canned response, and then radio silence. For a company called Stuffcool, this was anything but cool. More like Stufffail.Save your money, your patience, and your phone’s battery health. Go with ANY other brand.

Good quality

I have been using this powerbank for a few days now and it’s working great. The magnetic grip is strong and holds well on to my iPhone. It fully charges my phone in 30 mins and that's quite quick and I can easily charge my phone twice, and the 20W wired charging really helps when I’m in a hurry. The titanium design looks quite premium and it’s easy to carry around. Happy with the purchase so far!

It is a great product, it heat phone/ itself also but not as much as my previous powerbank.Loved it wired/wireless, just problem heat.Heats less with iphones more with samsung
