I love this magnesium, it's the right form and the right amount and it has a pleasant taste and it's easy to chew up. However, when Amazon delivers it and leaves it on the porch it melts and adheres to the paper wrapping and is very difficult to get out in one piece. I just opened the package I ordered a short time ago and I'm not sure that I'm getting the right amount of magnesium because part of it stays stuck to the paper.

Very good help for leg cramps and a good night sleep

This is a pleasant surprise and different from other magnesium supplements I have tried. Unlike the capsule, powder or drink mix forms, this is a pleasant tasting, soft chew that is more like a treat than a supplement. Each serving provides 350mg of magnesium, which is a nice dosage to support sleep, relaxation and reduce muscle fatigue.These are gluten free, free of synthetic dyes, and vegan, which is something I appreciate and value in a supplement. They also offer high absorption. Great all around magnesium supplement.
