Bought to use as part of a vitamin protocol after being diagnosed low on bloodwork. Very tiny and easy to swallow. Packaging is easy to store.

Easy to swallow
Starting taking these as I read that a lack of copper can exacerbate sciatica and carpal tunnel syndrome. I don’t know if they ll help but it’s worth a try….. The tablets are VERY SMALL, which is great news for anyone who struggles with swallowing them.
