Fantastic device for an unappealing service. Neat, nice quality build. Easy to use and to set-up before turning on rinse jet. Selectable power and gentle or normal pulse. Very nice!

Basically it's good, and it works without hassle. Only little thing is that I do wish it was slightly stronger on its highest setting. But for the money, overall, I'm happy.

I got this one to replace my old one by waterpic. It does not have the pressure to run and clean your sinuses. I was disappointed 😞

I didn’t know how I would like this item. However, it comes with a few different silicone nose inserts that is awesome for different size nostrils so you can definitely find a good fit. I have not used well water in this product because I’m afraid it might get damaged. However, I’ve had this now for about a year and still works like brand new. I also like the different settings, it’s adjustable to what individuals need and works great! definitely my go to in the spring with allergies and in the winter months with a running nose. Gets the job done and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg

I have a better nasal irrigator for at home usage but wanted one that was portable and convenient for travel. However, I just got back from a week-long trip where it broke halfway through after only 2 uses. And the issue is a major one, it wouldn't shut off. You could press any button or combination of buttons and it would just keep running until it died. At first it was just annoying to have to listen to, but then I held the unit in my hand it was getting quite hot. You can see from the picture that it got hot to point that it softened and expanded the plastic into a shape that it would no longer fit into the water reservoir. You can imagine the potential risks of having something that can get that hot in your suitcase or near anything potentially flammable. It's pretty clear that this product doesn't have any type of automatic heat shutoff or emergency shut down mode and until it does it really shouldn't even be available to purchase.

I was dubious at first but after the first try I'm hooked. So much better than expensive chemical sprays and steroid based prescriptions. Money well spent and easy to use. Has meant i no longer react to my cat or parrot. Whilst reasonably effective for colonic and genital cleansing be careful to wash thoroughly and dont lose the silicon heads, I'm still missing one of the blue ones. A pleasure to use.

l'ho scelto guardando le recensioni ed in particolare un video recensione di una signora che faceva vedere come usarlo. Io che soffro di sinusite cronica, quest'anno NON ho preso alcun raffreddore e lo uso regolarmente. Nota: pur arrivando con una confezione da 30 dosi di adiuvante, uso acqua salata in soluzione isotonica, precedente fatta bollire per precauzione. Uso la ipertonica solo quando ho più muco. Ho preso in farmacia 3 confezioni di soluzione salina, e poi una volta consumata la riempio. Mi fa stare meglio durante tutto il giorno, se fatto prima di recarmi al lavoro. Super Consigliatissimo. PS: la batteria dura tantissimo.
