I've been using magnesium to help me relax and the end of the day. I spray it on me after I get out the shower and it helps me to relax and get a good nights sleep. This particular one is not a stronger and others I've tried. I give it 4 stars

Not sure what it's supposed to do for you but the smell is awesome. I could wear it as perfume is so wonderful. I use it every time I get out of the shower. I put it on my feet and the smell is awesome. I think they need to make it into a perfume.! The price is right too. I will continue to use this product.

Not exactly an oil spray. More of a sticky water. There's a light lavender scent that disappears quickly. I would prefer something that's more moisturize, less sticky. Is it effective? I don't know. Maybe?

I can’t tell whether this product is working thus far. I’ve been using it every time I wake up during different hours of the early mornings with muscle spasms in one or both calves including my toes. I put on the spray and walk it out. Too soon to make a decision.

I bought this for my kids bc it seemed easier to apply than the lotion I normally apply at night. This is super watery and sticky. Not an oil.. I use all types of oils.The 2 nights I tried this, my kids had a harder time falling asleep. It was like they had an opposite reaction. Again, we use a different brand magnesium lotion almost every night. This is not our first rodeo.I wanted my money back bc this was such a scam. This product is NON REFUNDABLE. Eventhough I purchased it 3 days before. Amazon has implemented some new policies.Do no buy this!
