This e-bike arrived as described and putting it together took less than 30 minutes. The instructions could use a little refining but everything was pretty self explanatory. Performance of the bike is amazing for this price point in my opinion. This bike has the capability to go 28MPH as stated, that is fast on two wheels, I don't foresee the need for me to go that fast and mostly keep it in speed level(s) 2-3. Another comment on room for improvement is documentation on the computer, after a quick search online I had the manual but it does not come with the bike. Again, no big deal for this price point...this bike competes with bikes that cost 3x its cost. The only other thing I'd say is that if you ride long distances, 10+ miles, you'll probably end up investing in another seat. I've done that with all my bikes, so not suprising I'd be doing the same thing for this bike. All in all, we are very pleased with our purchase. The price for build quality didn't disappoint and we see many useful years of e-riding in our future!

I’m sooo happy I decided to purchase this e-bike. We are a one car family, and this affords me the ability to get to the grocery store or library which are about 5 miles away. I don’t want to Uber and I KNOW I won’t use a regular bike. It came in just a few days(well before the delivery date given) and I put it together myself! I’m 63 but it was easy to assemble (I did go to YouTube) and light enough to carry up and down the stairs. The quality of the materials are top notch, it’s a solid and great looking bike. Plus I can get a little exercise if I want. Blinkers, horn, and detachable battery with a lock. The price was right. I do not hesitate to recommend.

The bike is a well built bicycle. However the front fender and the tire pump were crushed during shipping. I still haven't heard a response from reporting the damaged parts. Assembly wasn't too bad but the instructions only had thumbnail images and very vague descriptions. The bike works well and gets up to the 28mph as described. I just don't see the battery lasting 80 miles as listed but rather around 20-25 miles. But I'm not taking any long trips with it anyways. Maybe keep a spare battery on the rear rack just in case.

This bike is well built and comes with a nice tool kit, spare brake pads and some extras like rearview mirror and tire pump. I ordered the added phone holder and bike lock. Bike is real responsive and very customizable once you get the manual for the LCD display. The bike is very comfortable to ride. When putting together, watch the videos as the manual is poor at best. Also bike lock package is all in Chinese or japanesse language but I was able to figure it out. The bike does come mostly assembled and if you have ever put a bike together before is easy. Would buy again. only downside is manual, but prompt response on customer service and I had a manual.

There is a poorly written instruction manual. Step one is extremely unclear on what I should be loosening. The photos are in black and white. I cannot see anything on the bike rhat matches the photo for step one. There clearly was a different version of this bike that looked slightly different that those photos are still being used. I looked at multiple videos on Amazon and youtube and was able to determine was i should be loosening which is the top front of the bike. The handlebar piece is facing the rear and needs to be pushed to the front. Yet the tools provided are far too small to gain any traction for loosening the screw. I have limited tools at home but feel like I have one that fits perfectly and there is absolotely no loosening this screw. I am only on step one and ive spent two hours looking at videos? Rummaging through my own tools and using all my strength to loosen a screw that wont budge. This is the most time by far that I have ever spent on one step of instructions for building something. Ive never had difficulty like this before. The instruction manual is horrible. It doesn't even list what tools should be provided. Doesn't advise what tools to use for each step. I clearly do not have the right tools and I would return this had I not gotten rid of the box or if I owned a vehicle. I was hoping to rely on this as my main form of transportation and I cant even get past step one. Amazon is unable to send me the proper tool. Also the color is much duller ans darker than the photo depicts. Its more of an olive green and not a fan, I thought it was more mint green/aqua.

I bought the Movcam V80 electric bike for my wife, and she absolutely loves it! The bike is incredibly well-built and has a sleek, stylish design. The color is beautiful, and the battery is super easy to charge, both on and off the bike. I really appreciate the convenient key lock that keeps the battery secure. The 7-speed rear wheel shifter works smoothly, and the bike is fast! We typically cruise at around 25 mph, which feels just right. The bike also comes with a handy rear rack for extra storage.A little tip: you can thread a U-lock through the frame and attach it to the rear rack for easy transport without needing a bungee (see pics). Overall, this bike offers excellent value for the price. I’d even say it competes easily with some of the more expensive e-bikes we considered at local stores. Highly recommend!

I used to love riding my bike. But as I got older, and my knees aren’t what they used to be it made it more difficult, especially when the road was on an incline. This bike is amazing. Yes it does assist me in the peddling, but I’m able to still get a workout because I can feel it in my legs. The right is so smooth. It’s not like a regular bike where you’re leaning over you’re sitting up straight with good posture and you’re not sore afterwards. The bike came almost fully assembled with tools. I had to put together in about 30 minutes.I saw where you can pay upwards of $2500 for an electric bike. This bike was very affordable. I highly recommend it.
