The one that was delivered had been broken in transit however I contacted the supplier and they were very helpful I agreed to take the broken one to thier depot and exchange it for another I did not want to risk another one getting broken in transit. On arrival the guys there were expecting me and unloaded the broken one and unboxed and checked the new one and loaded it up for me. Service was great. The generator itself is brilliant and have the key start is a real plus not used the cord pull once which is great for the old back.

This generator is good quality and easy to start with key. No more darkness when there is a power cut.

Excellent emergency generator with convenient electric start; smaller model of one I have at my main home. Hope I won't need it except maybe for garden tools, but now it's ready and waiting. Somewhat surprisingly it's fitted with UK sockets and comes with adapters. That's OK for me, as I have that at home, but others may expect EU-standard connectors.
