Not a good product. You feet cannot stand steady on the slippery side. You feet will slip off when you try to roll your body. Will not recommend.

I received these SlimmersCore exercise sliding discs so I could work out at home. Amazing Gift!!! With 2 kids, working a full time job, going to school - I never have time to go to the gym but really wanted to be able to workout. This was a win win for me as I can workout at home whenever I want and still spend time with my kids. They are so easy to use and they work on carpet, hardwood floors and more. The box comes with pictures of a few workouts on the back. The disc comes in different colors as well.
