Can this do angles or slopes?

Assuming you start with a rectangular panel then No, It will not apply edging to say a 45 degree chamfer. If you mean can you edge a triangular shaped panel then I see no reson why not. On a seperate note I have issues with the first 30mm or so of edging applied not laying flat on the panel. For some reason it creases and lifts up without sticking down. Apart from that issue it is a handy tool for small jobs. I might in the future try to mount on it's side and make it a desktop type unit where you slide the panel past the roller.

What type of edging does this take? Preglued or none preglued?

So the AG98F edgebander uses pre-glued edging tape up to 50mm in width. The stuff I use in the UK is 22mm for use on 18mm mfc boards. While it says it can do internal corners, this is difficult due to the power cord and position of the handle.

2 pin plug attached do they sell a 3 pin plug?

No 3 pin plug. You will just have to buy a 3 pin plug and replace the one that came with it.
