Black ink cartridge was not accepted by the printer as an original. Failed to get a satisfactory explanation/solution from the sellers. Gave up as an example of fruitless exercise.

I am very pleased with the black and tri colour tonners for my printer they were easy to install and give good print quality. The tonners were despatched very quickly via Royal Mail, so all in all very happy with the service from this seller!

I choose this because it's the right one for my printer but it does not print I cleaned my printer and did a test print but it still not printing it kept coming out grey. Will not be buying again from this seller.
