Great customer service and warranty claim
This is a great dehumidifier. One of the features I like is the WiFi connectivity and the ability to program it to turn on and off at specific times each day using the Honeywell app. I've had this unit since Oct 2023 and was very happy with the performance during our Summer months in Houston when the humidity in the house can increase. The unit stopped working properly a couple of months ago due to a refrigerant leak. I contacted the dehumidifier reps at JMATEK and they were quick in setting me up with a warranty claim. They asked me to send them pictures of the error code, invoice, and setup in the room. Upon confirming the unit was not working properly they shipped a replacement unit to me.

Quiet, efficient, and keeps our office air fresh and comfortable
We added the Honeywell 25-pint dehumidifier to our office to combat that damp, musty feeling that can build up in Florida’s humidity, and it’s made a noticeable difference within days. The air feels fresher, papers and electronics don’t feel clammy, and even the carpet seems to stay cleaner and drier. The unit runs quietly enough that it doesn’t disturb phone calls or meetings, and the digital controls are straightforward to use. The water tank is easy to remove and empty, but it also has a continuous drain option, which is a big plus for long-term operation. For a mid-size office space, the 25-pint capacity is a perfect balance — it keeps humidity in check without taking up too much floor space.Pros: Quiet operation, efficient moisture removal, easy-to-use controls, continuous drain optionCons: Tank needs frequent emptying if not using the drain hoseIf your workplace struggles with excess humidity, this Honeywell dehumidifier is a reliable, low-maintenance way to make the environment healthier and more comfortable.

Warranty Is A Joke!!!!
I purchased this unit on April 29,2025 and the dehumidifier got a code E3 July 29. I contacted Honeywell Air Comfort Team on July 29,2025. I had to unplug for 24 hours and had to try starting again, code E3 again. I then had to give them contact info (name, shipping address, phone number), proof of purchase (provide a copy of the registration confirmation email)( copy of receipt showing date of purchase, retailer name, price paid). Next I had to provide a pictures of, the silver sticker on the back of the unit, how the unit is set up in the room and the error code.August 1, 2025 received email saying claim was be looked at by a senior technician and they will be in touch.I receive another email August 1 saying they are ready to move forward with a replacement but the unit is currently out of stock and won't be restocked until mid August. The next paragraph says they also need me to send a picture of the cut cord laying behind the unit and send my shipping address again along with my phone number again. They also state next that my replacement unit's warranty will start from my original purchase date and not the date I receive the new unit. The next paragraph states if they don't receive the picture of the cut cord within two weeks the case is closed. I send them a picture of the cord on August 1, 2025.Now thinking I have done everything they wanted I waited, it is now September 2, 2025 and no dehumidifier!I go back looking at my old e-mails and see they sent another e-mail on August 4, 2025 saying they needed another picture of the back of the unit again with the cord only this time straight on. I missed this e-mail for what ever the reason but I thought my replacement was on its way. What a SCAM!!! My basement things are being ruined because of this so called year warranty. This is no way to take care of your customers. I will be calling the better business bureau about this company.

Very quiet dehumidifier
Very quiet and efficiently removes moisture from my basement and house. Does have an on and off timer but can't be programmed to turn on and off more than once without being reset.

Good so far
Sadly, regardless of manufacturer, a few months after the warranty expires, so does the unit--and this has happened with multiple brands over the last several years, so trying a Honeywell dehumidifier this time (our basement is damp, and controlling basement humidity is key to keeping the humidity on the first floor manageable.) Out of the box, this seems like a decent unit, but if you are using the bucket, the reservoir is pretty small-- but I've set it up for continuous draining into the sump, so not a deal breaker. Filter is easy to detatch from the unit to clean. Did not set it up with my smartphone, as I have no interest in controlling the unit with an app, or getting phone notifications from a dehumidifier, but that feature might appeal to some buyers.

Honeywell dehumidifier
This is my second Honeywell dehumidifier. I need two for different rooms in the basement. The newest one is much easier to pull the bucket out and it has a sight glass to see how much is in the bucket. Also, there is now a comfort mode that automatically turns it on or off as needed to stay 55 % humidity. It has a one-year warranty and four-year warranty on the sealed parts. Was rated in the upper rankings from Consumer Reports.
