Great deal and works really well. I've used costco pellets and pit boss pellets with no problems. This smoker is better and cheaper than the trager version for the same sizeI assembled it in about a hour and wasn't very difficult of do.It takes 10-15 minutes for the temperature to stabilize and gives a good amount of smoke.I've cooked brisket, chicken, ham and jerky on it. All of it has turned out well.Cleaning is easy enough just vacuum out the ash and wipe down the grill. I do put tin foil over the heat deflector to make things easy

This grill works excellently to cook your food. The temperature probe connection is a great asset when cooking things like prime rib, filet mignon, chicken, and other thick meats. The pellets flow through nicely and once set up, it keeps the temperature right where you want it. It is a bit more costly, but compared to what it does to the flavor of your food; it is definitely worth the price. Customer service is excellent with contacting you and answering your questions and how often do you have a grill with a warranty??? Exactly, so Z Grill is one of the better pellet grills and you will be surprised by how many people you see with different varieties of their grills. Give it a try and you will be pleasing many with the flavor and moistness of your food.

Does a great job! Smoked 3 briskets so far and has made the smoking process dumb proof. The digital display is neat BUT if I were to purchase a grill again I’d rather go with a bigger cubic size grill with no digital display. I ended up buying a thermopro thermometer to keep and eye on the grill and meat temperature, instead of having to walk to the grill every hour or so to check the status of it. I recommend just doing the same. But a bigger cubic size grill and a ~$20-30 thermopro wireless digital thermometer and you’re good to go!Only recommend this if you’re thinking of cooking large pieces of meat. I was able to fit a 12 pound brisket, anything bigger would probably not fit.

So far so good. I recieved this as an early mother's day gift and I'm already in love. The flavor isn't as good as a traditional smoker but it's a worthy trade off considering you don't have to baby sit this it's more a set it and forget it. Assembly was easy after I realized the real directions where in the manual. Dont do what i did and use the quick assembly directions and then have to start iver to put in all the washers. USE THE MAUAL DIRECTIONS NOT QUICK ASSEMBLY DIRECTIONS. Quick assemble directions are missing steps and do not label the parts and bits.Grill comes up to temp quick and outside rain doesn't seem to affect the temp control. The hopper is big enough to smoke a brisket at 225 for 14 hours it only went through half the pellets. This grill.is beyond functional and had supassed all my expectations minus smoke flavor. I used this grill for a total of 22 hours at 225 and will need to refill before my next cook. We got this on sale but I would absolutely have paid full pri w for this grill it's a great value.Advice, use Manuel instructions, and always start grill on smoke before use. You will need to vaccume out the ash before each use and need to use the shut down option to ensure the life expectancy of the grill. The warenty is great at 3 years and if you can get an extended for a total of 6nyears to cover all issues.

I'm a beginner at smoking and I wanted something that won't brake the bank but something top of the line it was very easy to put together toke me around 45 mins when it came down to using it very easy heated up quickly and keep temp. I keep it in my garage when not using it's not heavy and good design legs are strong don't fell like there going to brake off when moving around. The amount of smoke this little thing put out is crazy and the flavor it put in the meat

Purchased to use while camping with our RV for the portability. As it turns out I use it at home as well and now only use my big pellet grill for larger cooks. This grill is the perfect size for cooking a meal for 2 and easy to clean as the grate and flame tray are small enough to carry in to the house and wash in the kitchen sink or fit in a dishwasher. It’s also minimal on pellet use especially compared to a large pellet grill. Love it so far! No regrets.

The media could not be loaded. I received this grill July 30, a couple weeks ago the grill started turning itself on randomly to the smoke setting while the knob is off. Only a minor inconvenience to unplug when not in use. And was able to use it a couple more times like this. Now the grill displays Er2 when it's plugged in and knob is off. The error does not clear with their troubleshooting. Clearly defective control units. So far not impressed with their customer support either... chat is always offline, no one answers their phone, see how long they take to email me back. Very disappointed with this because I really love cooking on it, the size is great for camping and will run off my 110v solar battery.Update 10/9/24Their customer service is a frecking joke... they contacted me and initially offered to send a new control board.. even sent a video from their "engineers" on how to possibly clear the problem. Which didn't work. That was 2 weeks ago. Haven't received any further communication or parts to fix their product. Waste of money on their fancy scrap metal.

The grill came packaged very well.. easy to read assembly instructions.. step by step instructions to assemble grill made it easy.. Operation instructions leave much to be desired ...instructions should include sequence of operation on how to properly operate the grill... Good quality made product...
