this was hard to find in any store, however i needed it for a new cookie recipe. It was perfect: not clumpy, strong, natural taste--- made my little both cookies colorful and tasty. I think I'll use the rest of it in smoothies or cheesecake!

I added this to icing to avoid any commercial food dye. Didnt get the red I wanted (Santa Claus hat) but close enough. Taste is good.

The color is faint even i put more to bake. I'm not sure if this made of real purple sweet potato.

Product is freeze dried. Not a problem. Except when I opened the package the contents were hard as a rock. The lemon powder never returned to powder form regardless of shaking in s closed container. This issue was compounded when I attempted to use a small amount in a cup of tea. Never dissolved !! It was also a unusual color. Almost a green/gray. Box had Apr 2025 manufactured date. 8 months ago. Sitting in a warehouse for 8 months !!
