Needed this for my SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) and the reviews were good on this. It is so easy to use. The adjustable brightness is very helpful. The look is appeasing to my discerning eye. The functionality will be very much appreciated. It is a good, very good, value for the money spent!

Very bright
I think this would help with seasonal depression and we don't hate it. We have found that we prefer the light bulbs over this but that's a personal preference.

Great for my teen!
My daughter does not get enough sunlight, especially in the winter in Maine. I purchased this for her room and every morning it turns on while she is getting ready. She loves that it has the timer feature and said that since she’s been using it, she has noticed a difference in her mood. Definitely worth the buy.

Is a good mood booster for areas where there's not much sun. Use everyday and can feel the effects of using. Good value

This light does help for seasonal depression but could not figure out how to turn it off, so I unplug it

Sunshine on dreary days
This is a great little light. It has three different types of lighting and three levels with each. I love the timer feature; that makes it very easy to use and gradually add more ‘sunlight’ to your day.
