Ordered a new machine was sent a used broken one
Do not order this product, my review continues to be deleted. I ordered twice, the first one broke, so I ordered a second one, instead of sending me a new product, I was sent a returned used product, with bubble juice spilling out over the packaging.

The media could not be loaded. Product does work you have to figure it out go into machine there is another cap to seal the bubble container after you take the initial cap off there are two that is connected to the cap you have to attach it to the liquid container with the bubbles inside it works fantastic beautiful

Better than expected
I bought extra bubble solution but have not needed it yet. Even though the bubbles are tiny, the children are delighted! They are able to start and stop the unit by themselves.
