Love this ice bath
Love love love!!!!This ice bath works great for $35. I am 5”11 165lbs and could probably have another person my size in there with me. I sit with the water just under my chin and my butt actually is not touching the bottom. It’s a good size and was super easy to set up, took less than two minutes. Came packaged well and I believe it arrived on time, took maybe five days. I have used it every single day since I got it a couple weeks ago. I can’t say much for it holding temperature because I live in the country and we have soooooo much iron in our water so I empty it and refill it every single day. I take it out of my garage and spray it out and dump it upside down a couple times then set it right back down on my pad. So it’s super light and flexible and easy to move around. I have left it overnight once or twice and I believe it stayed around 60° from 47 or so. It’s out in my garage and it’s summertime in Minnesota. The only thing I have noticed is that the rim did not seem to stay inflated. That part really doesn’t matter to me and this ice bath was by far less money than most of the other ones on here so I can definitely deal with it. Overall, it’s great. I love it and everyone should ice bath every day in my opinion. The picture with me in it was my first time so I was not sitting down as far as I could when this picture was taken. I may have been sitting on my knees? I don’t remember.

It leaks
The tubing does not stay inflated and it leaks at the bottom by the leg inserts.

Durable and large
This is actually the second plunge tank I have owned. The outer material is very durable and the double ring around the top makes your time in the tub comfortable. There are are a few very minor criticisms that I have: The extra few inches between the top of the tank and the rigid poles that give it a little bit of structure cause the tank to sag a little from lack of support, especially when the water level is not up to this point. It's common for me to have the water level a little low between plunges, because you have to allow room for the displacement of all the ice you have to add. And after the ice, the water is displaced even more by your body when you step in for the plunge. Not a big deal, really. My second critique has to do with some of the extras included in the package. Most of these tanks come with either a fabric cover or an inflatable cover that nests inside the ring around the rim of the tank. My first tank had the inflatable ring, which very snugly covered the top of the tank and kept most of the rain and debris out. This tank comes with both kinds of cover. I have discovered that the advantage of having both is that the outer cover keeps bugs and debris out, but when it rains, the cover becomes a bowl, trapping any rainwater that falls on it. Some of this water will seep through this cover, collected by the floating inner cover, so it never gets a chance to mingle with the water in the tub.The inner cover floats on the surface of the water and is not sized to provide a snug seal. The photos attached show just how much room there remains around the inside perimeter of the tank. Since the rainwater seeping through enters in the middle of this ring, it collects the seepage just fine the way it is.The tank is also noticeably roomier than my first one. I am 5'-7" and 160 lbs., so the smaller size was perfectly acceptable. The extra roominess of this one is, I would say, marginally nicer for me because I can lounge in this one without my back resting against the wall, thus giving me full contact with the cold water.

Easy to assemble
This is very easy to assemble. However, I would recommend keeping this on a flat surface when filling up water. My yard is on a slight angle and once getting in, with it filled, the tub started to lean. Also recommend not filling it to the top once someone is inside, the water raises a few inches. Water will overflow if it’s filled to the top before someone gets in. Other than that, easy to drain and clean. Easy to take apart and store away. You can use the cover if you don’t plan on draining it right away. It comes with an inflatable pillow and a foot bath to clean your feet before entering. Overall really nice and durable. The price is good for what you get.

Does the things it should.
I wanted something that would let me soak in cool water without the size or investment in time or money that a pool would require. These plunge tubs are a great option. Assembly took mere moments - all you have to do is insert the PVC support pipes, inflate the two rings, and add water. They supply two repair patches just in case, but the material feels very durable, even though they are definitely not heavy. Filled with water, they stand well, with plenty of volume for their purpose. I have yet to see signs of any leaking whatsoever. My only criticism would be that the air pump it came with is predictably very cheap and not the easiest to use. That said, it's sufficient to the task and easy to replace if it bothers you much. All around, very happy with this product.
