No, it's corded heating pad only powered by DC 12V adapter, can not be portable with power bank. The total cord length is 9.5 ft (adapter cord length + hand control cord length).

Can I sleep with this on?

No, please do not sleep with our heating pads even if you have set the auto-off timer. Compared with those body warmers, our heating pads feature higher temperature for effective hot therapy. Sleeping with it may increase the risk of being burned.

How long is it guaranteed, and what are the terms of service?

All of CREATRILL heating pad support one year promise and if there is any damage on the product or missing part in the package, we will issue reshipment as soon as possible within 3 working days.

Does it support moist heat? How can I wash it?
