I had no issue with installing and it works fine after the adjustments.

Although I like that this arm extends farther than other desk mount monitor arms (I have a deep desk), I was very disappointed with the rubber gasket that helps secure it to your desk; it slides under my desk when I try to move my monitor and almost pulled the arm off the edge of the desk. Luckily, I was there to grab it.Other brands have a much thicker piece of rubber on the oval shaped piece that screws up to the underside of your desk, as you can see in the attached photo. The top gasket is from a different brand, the bottom is from this Mount Pro arm.

I have an ASUS TUF Gaming 34" WQHD monitor that is right on the edge of what other mounts max weight is at (usually around 19lbs) and worried about eventual sag since my monitor is pretty close to max weight for other mounts. I found this one which can handle up to 33lbs and fits the VESA mounting for my monitor.It came with both clamp and mounting for if you want to put a hole in the desk. For now I am sticking with the clamp and it is SUPER secure! The setup was extremely easy and simple. At first I thought I would need help like I've needed when mounting my large TV's but this mount is very easy to put together.Once everything was installed and I slid the monitor into place and screwed it into place, I just had to do a few quick adjustments to the tension and now it has a huge range of motion and is stable wherever I put it without having to adjust the tension further.All in all this is a great mount for larger heavier monitors and has helped my desk space feel less cluttered!

It’s holding up my 43 inch 25 lb monitor easily. It seems like it will last forever. I never appreciated the ability to raise and lower my big monitor before. Reduces the claustrophobic feeling with the monitor ‘floating’ off the desk. Well made.

I snagged this on a deal. I read reviews on other similar model that read about having to crank down on the swivel nut to get it to hold. That is true with these and causes the tilt feature to be stiff jerky and you have to pull harder on your expensive monitors.To help in this area I used belleville - compression washers. I put them on my tilt bolts similar to my other mounts. They helped make the tilt function smooth and I dint have to tighten them nearly as much.Turned a product that I could live with into a product that I enjoy..

The joints and adjustment points are solid without being too difficult. I can trust that my monitors will not move or otherwise fall. Very satisfied.

I had another one on these but it did not support my 32 inch monitors. Once installed and adjusted all my problems went away. I love the way my monitors look and I can can do more adjustment if needed. Please be mindful of the weight of your monitors before selecting your mounting system.
