Great quality, sturdy, light, simple.
This is a really nice ladder - I like it a lot! It's not too heavy, really sturdy and dead easy to extend and retract. I got - and recommend - the 3.8m one. It's perfect for climbing into the loft in a modern house with standard 7'6" ceilings. Fully extended, it extends 4 or 5 feet up into the loft, enabling you to easily get to loft-hatch height whilst still holding on, and then casually step off the ladder into the loft. A doddle. I should have bought this years ago instead of my previous perilous perching on tippie toe at the top of a wobbly stepladder, and the corresponding leap of faith jumping back down out of the loft. Now, it's safe, easy and simple. The instructions are mildly cryptic but once you've figured it out, very simple. Basically if you are extending the ladder fully, pull each each rung out starting at the top. If you only need to extend it partially, extend it from the bottom, lifting the lowest rung 1st.And then for putting it down, unclip the *bottom* clips first. Do not start retracting the upper rungs, start at the bottom!Unclip the bottom rung whilst holding not the rung above, but the one above that. Makes sense? I.e. If you are unclipping what we will call rung1, hold rung 3. Then gently lower it down and rung2 will sit nicely on rung 1 without trapping your fingers. Reapeat this time unclipping rung2 and holding rung4 etc. Got it? If you try holding rung 2 whilst unclipping rung 1, you are looking at pinched fingers!Anyways, it's great and I am delighted with it. Hope you enjoy yours.

Solid ladder.
It folds to a good size for transporting. The hook attachments are handy for some applications but get in the way at times. They can be removed though. Although you need a tool to do that. The step release buttons are a little fiddly when you're trying to fold the ladder. You must be careful not to trap fingers when the step suddenly slides down. Really good value for money and reasonably quick delivery. Quality is pretty good and the price competitive.

All good!
Work good, seem plenty steady and sturdy, and I'm not slight of build! 😄, store away nicely and easy to take mobile, we're also purchased at good pricepoint.

Very decent product, well designed
This is an absolutely superb telescopic ladder. Well made, lightweight, durable and easy to use. It compacts down very well and as it straps together and so light, its really easy to move around. My husband grabbed it when the winter storms were ripping the felt from our shed; it made his life a lot easier when quickly tacking the felt back down in high winds (probably not recommended, but my husband wasn't having the felt ripped off)! He's since taken it to use at his club house for some jobs and the blokes all asked where he bought it.We think it's a reasonable price too.It was originally purchased to use in our camper van but it's not spent any of it's life in there so far, yet it's been used quite a lot.

The BEST ladder
Where has this ladder been all my life? Stop researching, scrolling, comparing (as I drove myself crazy doing for a few days) and buy this one. I bought the 3.8m which is perfect for my lowest guttering and odd jobs. Thought I’d *just* get it out of the box to make sure it’s ok and before I knew it I was up there clearing the gutters. The ladder itself is extremely sturdy (which is a blessing for my vertigo) and the treads are much wider and deeper than my traditional 2 piece stainless steel one. Easy to carry even when fully extended to move to next spot. Then the absolute pleasure of being able to put it in the shed taking up a minimal amount of space.

Sturdy! Well made
So far so good. Pretty heavy weight and sturdy. Little flex when at highest extension, but fully stable if climbing at a steeper angle.. I have very high ceilings so its perfect for reaching high windows etc
