Very well built. Very clever. I was in physical therapy for foot and ankle pain. When doing ankle stability exercises, it's not uncommon for you to start to feel tension in your lower back, because the muscles are tightening to provide stability for balancing. This is an excellent combination, because when you back starts to feel tight, you flip it over and can use it to stretch.

The board’s size is perfect for both home use and portability, making it easy to store when not in use. It’s lightweight and easy to move around, which adds to its convenience for balance training while using my standing desk.In terms of value for money, this rocker board offers excellent functionality; it can be used for various exercises, including physical therapy and core stability workouts. The non-skid surface provides stability, ensuring safety during use.I also appreciate how comfortable it is to stand on for extended periods, and the storage capacity is great as it doesn't take up much space.Overall, it adds an element of fun to my workouts while helping improve my balance. Works as advertised and light weight.

Delivery was super quick. Came pretty well packaged.High quality & durable balance board from BodySport made out of heavy duty plastic material with nice orange shade and gray accents so its aesthetically eye pleasing for all. I hope they offer more color choices.Design wise it works well for most part. I was able to do standard aerobic balancing movement like squats , lunges etc. with increased difficulty level as expected and its rated for 400 lbs. per claims. I only used it with 20 lb dumbbells so little over 200 lbs and it worked fine for me.My only concern for some folks could be non skid surface which is little spiky , which of course provides some level of friction and works out fine when you are in shoes but might not work if you working out bare feet or socks in bedroom unless you need some free accupressure therapy session :-)Otherwise its really a good quality product.
