The pads are working but not as I thought. I thought if you could not feel the heat of a pan while wearing a stove glove that these pads would do the same for my hard plastic table. I placed this pad on a hard plastic table with a toaster oven on top of it. My table is being protected as there is no damage on the area where the toaster oven is being operated. While operating the oven from 400 to 450 degrees I could feel the underside of the table getting warm but not hot. I have used the oven for a few weeks on top of the pad and all seems OK. I just thought the table would not get warm because my hands don't get warm when using a stove glove.

I bought this to protect the wooden table that my toaster oven sits on. I bought the 2 pack and layered the 2 on top of each other and put the toaster oven on top. the table has had no heat damage!

We truly have not used enough to determine quality, but appearance is good, and it is as described in the summary. I think they will work great to protect our countertops.

Fit perfectly under my 5.5 gallon fish tank! Good quality. Not too thick and not too thin. Will buy again!
