Roho Mosaic Cushion W/Standard Cover - 20.25" X 18.25" X 3"

Absolutely loved this for the patient. Made a big difference in pain by the end of the day.

I'm in a wheelchair 24/7 and this air cushion has helped greatly. I found having the flat side up is moat comfortable. The air disperses better. Quality is excellent

Over the years, I have been through a dozen or more seat cushions for driving my car. It has very nice, high quality seats, but even on the highest setting, the driver's seat is too low for me with my long legs that need extra vertical room. I was reluctant to try another cushion, but this time I found the winner. It is SO comfortable and gives me an extra 2" in seat height with compression from weight taking it down an inch. We will see if it holds up, but right now, I am giving 4.5 stars. The half star deduction is for the cheap, thin cover which I do not expect to last. At this price, the cover should be lined with gold! It is soft with no hard edges for too much firmness... and it can be adjusted by the air pressure valve. Expensive but excellent.

I've purchased at least four ROHO Mosaic cushions for elderly parents and myself. I use one on the hard driver's seat of my old Ford van. I just bought this larger 20x18 for a "reclining back" lawn chair that has an uncomfortablely hard seat (see photo). VERY LIGHT COVER FOR MAX BENEFIT: To obtain the absolute maximum medical benefit requires using the cushion without any additional coverings besides its own (unless it's a similarly stretchy, soft and thin fabric cover). A thick or stiff pillow cover can reduce the pressure dispersing benefit of this cushion to a degree However, I do use a thin pillow cover for non-medical uses (bony physique meets hard chair), or for more formal settings, and to protect the cushion. (A 22x22 throw pillow cover is a good fit for my 20x18x3 ROHO Mosaic.) REMEMBER: DO NOT "FULLY" INFLATE. For those new to the ROHO technology, these are not meant to be inflated "until full". Definitely read the manual carefully. The test for whether you are correctly inflated, may be a little awkward if you've never done it before. The pillow may look oddly under-inflated when you have the proper amount of air. => Read the manual carefully and consult a PT or OT if you can, to verify you've inflated for maximum comfort and benefit. EXCELLENT AIR PRESSURE RETENTION: I have found that my ROJO Mosaic cushions hold their air pressure for months, even years, before I start to think I might want to add a little. Daily use may require a bit more maintenance. CLICK-MEDICAL is an EXCELLENT RESPONSIVE VENDOR, from whom I recently purchased two of these cushions. They were responsive and professional with my inquiries, and proved an excellent vendor to work with.

ROHO is arguably the best for folks who have to sit for long periods. Elderly especially. Has shown best results for my mom and sore on her backside. Only thing is cover. Should be water proof. If incontinence find a water proof one. It will get messy. That's why 3 stars for value. Separate WP cover is pricey. I have 2 now, still with cover issue.

Designed in heaven! I've been through most of the pads out there and nothing compares to the Roho.

This is a quality product. It is pricey, but it works better than any foam cushion. My mom had a pressure sore on her bottom from sitting in her recliner too much. A foam cushion only made it worse. But this cushion helped relieve the pressure so well that the pressure wound resolved after just a couple of weeks of using the cushion. You just have to remember to refill the cushion with air from time to time.

This inflatable cushion is great when protection is needed against chafing or bed sores. Easily inflatable with the included hand pump. Easy to use. a turn valve keeps the air in, or lets it out. Inflate to where you or your loved one are comfortable. Fits in a wheel chair. Easy to pack for trips. Different sizes available. We bought two in different sizes. It really worked wonders. Worth every penny for the benefits received.

Upon the recommendation of a Occupational Therapist, I purchased this Roho cushion for my elderly mother who had a stroke and sits for long periods of time. I find that the cushion is very effective and keeping her comfortable and helping to reduce the chance of pressure sores from developing from sitting for extended periods. I do find that the air needs to be refilled every couple of months, but I would assume that to be normal.

I have bone cancer and broke my pelvis in 3 places. I could not be comfortable without my Roho. Tried others but nothing compares. I have a Roho bed mattress, wheelchair pad and one for my recliner. Could not sit or lay without them. Expensive but worth the money. Tried others but they aren't worth a mention compared to Roho.

Cushion Does provide relief and comfort.

This is a great cushion..and it was way cheaper than those sold at medical supply companies!! Comes with the cushion, the cover and a hand pump to fit it to your specific needs
