Hasnt broken yet and its been a year, use it for ISOs/n bootables reguarly

I had great expectations from this, but a few things made it unusable for me.Firstly, the fingerprint reader was not completely reliable requiring several attempts on several occasions. If I am entrusting data to it then it has to be perfectly reliable - my phone always recognises my fingerprint first time - this item didn't always do this.Secondly, setting it up requires access to a PC running Windows. This was not a problem for me but it was an annoyance.Thirdly, the storage space is divided into two areas. One area is public and not encrypted and the other area is encrypted. This caused me problems as when using it on some non- Windows devices, they more often than not only managed to see the public partition and the encrypted partition could not be seen even after using the fingerprint system. A single encrypted partition would have been better .... and that was what I expected when I bought it.Not suitable for my purposes - I need total compatibility across all devices with a USB port.Returned to AMAZON who are always very good about accepting items back.

Works perfectly with Blink system (make sure firmware is 16.0.24 on the sync module!)

I bought the 64GB version. A good value, very solidly-made flash drive which was quick to set up on my desktop PC. The fingerprint reader works consistently well for me and the software, although basic, is easy to use. I also use this drive successfully with my iPad and iPhone (using a USB adapter cable) to access secure files on the move through the built-in Files app. Despite some comments here to the contrary, the thumbprint reader does work normally with my IOS devices. I also have the 32GB version which works well. A great buy for a secure drive.

My old usb stick on car keys was quite old, slow and small so decided it was time for a upgrade.I like the sliding cover but not sure if it’s a bit of a novelty feature.Either way the drive is quite fast, especially compared to old one, and is big enough for most things many times over.Always handy to have a usb stick on keys with space to spare.

It showed as secure thumb drive with encryption. It arrived and I opened, then had to go out on a visit. Upon return I looked again, there were no instructions as to how to use it. If it states 'with encryption' one expects that the encryption needed a password to enter the drive, which is why I ordered. I decided the instructions must have been misplaced, so I ordered another. Same thing, no instructions. To say disappointed is mild to what I truly feel.

57.6 gibibytes (61.9 billion) usable in NTFS.RANT: Note to the manufacturers: either label honestly, e.g. 61 or 62 billion { even in smaller print would be something } OR add those missing 2+ billion bytes so it really has 64 billion .NB Some manufacturers provide more than others but all label as 64 GB {Gigabytes} .I only paid a fiver for it & am mostly happy except with untruth about capacity.Time will tell how well it lasts. Manufacturer warranty after short Amazon return window.
