Ture Colon Cleanser
This is a true colon cleanser. When you take it be ready to release your colon, feel lighter.. you will be back and forward to the bathroom for one or two days. If you take this be somewhere you can be comfortable on the toilet for minutes. You also my feel as you need to take a shower after this.

Works effectively
My schedule right now doesn't allow me to comfortably spend whatever time necessary in the bathroom a few times every day for two weeks. Of course, they are meant for a 15 day cleanse, but I like to have them on hand and take only one capsule on rare occasions when my usual regular schedule gets slowed down due to not eating properly or not drinking enough liquids. Sometimes these type of products can work harshly and brutally, but I have found that FreeCare's Colon & Gut Health Detox Pills work gently but effectively. I take only one when needed at bedtime with plenty of water and before I finish my first cup of coffee it's time to go. Another brand I've used previously only provides 28 capsules for a 14 day cleanse for about $23. For $2 more, FreeCare provides 40 capsules, which is more than enough for a 15 day cleanse plus extras for taking on occasion. The ingredients don't differ too much between the two brands, but I believe that FreeCare's product is superior.

Easy to take
I don't really do a full 2 week cleanse. I like to keep supplements like this around for when things are a bit slow or I am feeling bloated and out of sorts. I only ever take 1 capsule, my system can be very sensitive, before falling asleep. Sometimes I can get a crampy feeling in the morning, sometimes I don't. I also don't like to take a supplement with senna leaf for more than a few days. This does help my body eliminate excess waste easier and more fully. Other than the occasional cramping and only taking 1 capsule, this helps me feel less bloated.

Gets the job done.
I didn't get these capsules to do the full 15 day cleanse. I do like to have a natural supplement on hand for when things get slow. This supplement has a nice mix of ingredients. The serving size is two capsules. I would suggest starting with one capsule when taking a new supplement. Especially, a bowel specific supplement. I would also suggest taking it in the morning, on a day that you don't have any plans that will take you too far from your bathroom. You never know how your body's going to react. For me, taking one capsule did have a mild effect. When I got around to trying two capsules, the effect was definitely more pronounced. Thankfully, I followed my own advice and stayed home after taking them. I would consider using it for the full fifteen day cleanse, if I had the time. Overall, I think this is a good supplement at a reasonable price.
