They are easy to swallow and digest. The softgels are small and have no aftertaste. No upset stomach or other side effects. I notice a difference when I do not take them, fatigued and lethargic. This is my second time ordering them but this package came with the sticker on it saying made in China. This was never disclosed and now I’m going to see if I can return it even though my husband ripped the top open to take it before he knew.

These are easy to swallow and helped me get m vitamin D levels back up. They don’t have any I’ll flavor or smells the quality is good because it showed on my tests that my levels were back in the normal range.
