Incomplete product
The included facial device didn't come with 2 of the components it was supposed to come with. The cleansing brush and the massage header. Very disappointed!

Causes breakout
Had been successfully using a different azelaic product that is no longer available. Within a few days of starting this product, my skin seriously broke out. For benefit of doubt, considered this to be coincidence, but no. This serum caused some serious break out and I had to stop using it. Beware!
