I love this! I have been taking several different brands of Garcinia Cambogia for years now and not had a significant weight loss result, but I have found by taking this for a week I already can tell that it reduces my appetite. I have to force myself to eat! Reading reviews on Amazon before buying I remembered a lady saying it did the same for her so that’s exciting! I haven’t taken it long enough to see weight loss from this pill yet but if I keep going at this rate it is bound to happen! I am on a low sugar low carb diet already and excercise regularly which has attributed to a significant amount of weight loss without any pills but I wanted a boost! I have high hopes for this! It has 95% HCA which is what grabbed my attention because the other Garcinia brands did not have that high a dose which is probably why I didn’t see results. Just some advice for those of you trying to lose weight...I work for a doctor who is very knowledgeable about what foods to eat when trying to lose weight. You CAN EAT! fat is not bad, it is good for your brain! Sugar is a killer! Cut out the sugar! Substitute stevia for sugar when you can. Drink green tea, it does wonders for your metabolism. So does grapefruit! eat meat and veggies and fruit. Cut the white bready foods and exercise when you can and YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT I promise! But I am hopeful that this will aid in my weight loss journey and I hope it will do the same for you as well!

Bought hoping it would work to curb my appetite but it doesn't. It may work for you but didn't for me. I cannot recommend this product!!!!

I purchased Natures Craft garcinia cambogia to suppress my appetite during the day. I lost a substantial amount o weight going to the gym five days a week. When the gym closed and I was going to be home all day, due to Corona Virus. I knew I was in trouble! So I generally never post reviews but as I got to thinking about it, the reviews other have left led me to take a leap of faith on this product. When are used to do different products like Hydroxycut etc etc. I never liked The way they made me feel add some weird feeling that years from then infomercials about how they are now finding out he causes cancer. So, for years I have always just stayed away from any kind of metabolism or fat burning products. Since this quarantine I’ve decided to do everything I can to better myself and so in my fitness routine I wanted something to help kick it up a notch. I’m sure I saw an add for something else and so I was on search for something natural and not putting chemicals into my body. After a lot of digging I came across this. It’s barely week three and I’m 100% (with a lot of hard work too) starting to see abs I haven’t had in years. Another problem I’ve accepted is that I’m a person who loves Edibles. And most edibles make you want to eat everything. This has for sure suppressed my appetite When it comes to not craving late night snacks lol. All in all, still on this journey but it’s def something new thrown into my routine thats seemed to help. Love this product. It is hard for me to find all natural products that after reading, and studying the product ingredients, as well as the company that manufactures/produces the product... well let's just say I trust very few of them...Love the company and Garcia helped me to loose all my post preganancy weight, keep it off, with little to no exercise (just watching a little of what I ate, due to breastfeeding), and I also got back down to the size I was when I was in high school and college (size 2/4; euro 24/25) without looking and feeling as though I had done some drastic type/life altering measure to regain my "normal body" back!!!
