This is a great product for use in things like East Asian curry dishes.The size is better than coconut shreds for that style of food. Excellentvisual and taste appeal. Will buy again...and again...

Tasty large shred coconut flakes
Very good and healthy organic coconut flakes….large shreds. I like the texture for how I use them to make coconut clusters with no flour or eggs in the mixture.
