Good resistance, actually works.
Perfect for kids. The resistance it goes up to is actually quite strong and the weight limit is that of a small adult. 4 year old uses it (on level 1) when I'm on mine.

Good build great fun
My little boy loves this as he can do rowing along side me . Only thing is I had to drill a hole to move the pedals closer to the seat but not difficult.
